The next round of Al Sahab Real Estate Expo will be held on the 25th and the 27th of January,2024 at Oman Convention and Exhibition Center – Muscat, Sultanate of Oman – halls of the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center for three days. It is the first real estate exhibition specializing in Egyptian real estate to be held in the Sultanate in ten years

Overview of the organizing company
The event is organized by United Gulf Sahab Company, Which is a company specialized in organizing exhibitions, parties, conferences, festivals, and advertising marketing for various events in the Omani market for 12 years. It is the company entrusted with organizing and supervising the exhibition.
Al Shahd International Company, an Egyptian real estate development company, has been present in the Sultanate of Oman for nearly 30 years and is headed by the Egyptian businessman Yasser Abu Al Dahab. It has undertaken many projects in the Sultanate and is the strategic partner in organizing the exhibition.

Al Sahab Real Estate Expo objectives
- Supporting the state’s policy by attracting investments and promoting real estate fields in Egypt
- Promoting the projects of the New Administrative Capital, attracting investments to it, and shedding light on the real estate renaissance in the Arab Republic of Egypt during the previous period.
- Promoting Egyptian real estate in the Sultanate (residential, commercial and touristic)
- Opening horizons of cooperation between Egyptian real estate development companies and the Omani market

The target audience for the exhibition is at least 8,000 visitors, including Egyptians, Omanis, investors, and Arabs of different nationalities (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Iraq).
