The Northern Coast of Egypt is the coast that lies from Rafah to the east till Saloom to the west, but the known North Coast in Egypt is often meaning the part west to Alexandria that is full of resorts and vacation destinations.

The North Coast has a number of cities including Al Alamein and Sidi Barani. The North Coast was a desert before the eighties of the last century with a small number of people living in rural areas. The excellent weather and the sea have surely been some of the reasons it is now having some of the most successful villages in Egypt that are continuously expanding.

The North Coast is divided into a number of parts that are: 

  • The Western North Coast: it has Ras Alhekma bay, Casia village, and Caribbean project. 
  • The Middle North Coast: it has Marina, Borg El Arab and Sidi Kereer.

Marakia

The first village in the North Coast and the prices of the chalets there is ranging between 350 thousand EGP* and up to one million and 200 thousand EGP*. 

Diplomaseen 1 

The average price of the chalets in the village is a million and a half EGP for a 170 square meter unit. 

Golf Porto Marina 

The prices range from 800 thousand EGP and up to one million and 200 thousand EGP while some chalets have an area of 47 and are sold for around 570 thousand EGP. 

Marina

It held for many years the position of the most famous village in the North Coast. The prices start from one million and a half and up to 2 million and 250 thousand EGP for chalets. 

Hacienda

The prices of this luxurious village range between 2 million and a half EGP and 5 million EGP. 

Shorouk 

The prices range from 450 thousand EGP and one million EGP with areas between 70 square meters and 100 square meters. 

Porto Marina

The average price of the square meter in Porto Marina is 23 thousand EGP as the price of the 80 square meters chalet is 18 million EGP. 

Mayorka 

The village has good prices for economical budgets as the price of a chalet of 64 square meters area is 350 thousand EGP. 

Caribbean 

It also has low prices as it has units between 400 thousand EGP and 700 thousand EGP. 

La Vista 

It offers luxurious chalets with high prices as the price of a chalet can be 4.5 million EGP on average with five-year installments. 

The prices of the units in the North Coast suit many budgets and styles as some units start at less than half a million pounds and others surpass tens of millions. The payment plans are also variable as some offer installments. The relatively more recently built villages also have a larger number of units for sale with various payment plans.
