The city has two gates:
- One of them overlooks El Shorouk City, at Mubarak Road near Carrefour El Shorouk.
- The other gate overlooks Misr-Ismailia Desert Road.
Area and Available Units
El Mostakbal City was developed by the Egyptian Government on a huge area of about 11,000 acres, where they took into account to spread many green lavish landscapes. As the green areas represent around 50% of the total area.
The city was further divided into two main sectors: a U-shaped sector and another T-shaped one. Then, another two sectors were created as an extension of the main two sectors.

The Egyptian government – represented by the Ministry of Housing – has published the terms and conditions for the housing units reservation in the youth housing project, El Mostakbal City.
Where the Ministry of Housing offered about 540 housing units in many various locations, with apartment areas starting from 112 M² to 120 M².
Terms and conditions for the housing units reservation in the youth housing project, El Mostakbal City are as follows:
1- The age of the applicant shall not be less than 21 years.
2- Each family may not apply to reserve more than one unit (Family means a man and wife)
3- It is stipulated that no family wishing to reserve a housing unit in El Mostakbal City must have any other housing unit or to reserve it in any of the other housing projects such as Dar Misr project and Sakan Masr housing project.
Prices and Payment Systems
If you are dreaming of having an apartment in the youth housing project, El Mostakbal City, you should pay EGP 50.000 as a deposit. Then pay 20% of the total amount of the housing unit after having it.
The remaining amount to be paid in equal semi-annual installments over a period of 5 years without interest. Or you can choose to pay according to the real estate financing system.
