Memaar Al Morshedy implemented One Katameya on a land area of 126,000 m2 (30 acres). It consists of 30 housing towers and 8 administrative towers. All towers consist of ground floor and 11 floors featured with glassy facades.
At the entrance of every tower, there are receptionists, waiting area, security and 3 elevators. Also, you can find, within the compound, green areas and several services to add an aesthetic touch for the project.

The compound is marked with its location at Katameya district on ring road before Katameya Gate compound which is implemented by Memaar Al Morshedy too.
