New Maadi 

New Maadi lies between Lasilki square and the Autostrad road and it includes Saqr Quraish and Kuwaiti Company residence.

In Lasilki, there is upper intermediate residence, in Saqr Quraish, there is intermediate residence and at some parts, there are lower levels of residence. Arab Al Maadi can be considered a service centre for the district as it has many transportation, commercial stores and many other landmarks. 

Old Maadi 

Old Maadi is characterized by its elegance and classical style. Its architecture and luxurious living in villas and buildings make it most demanded. It has many plants, grass and trees that give it a special look and feel beside the availability of many companies’ headquarters and embassies. 

Zahraa Al Maadi 

Zahraa Al Maadi is one of the new locations in Maadi that has mostly Intermediate residence in addition to other levels. It has a number of buildings of a Petrol company and a number of landmarks including Wadi Degla and Vodafone company headquarters. 

Degla 

Degla has a number of high towers unlike Maadi that has relatively lower buildings. Degla is very famous and demanded across various locations of Maadi district. 

Autostrad Al Maadi 

This part of Maadi lies near Basateen, Saqr Quraish and Tura. The units available in this part are at various levels and it has residences for police officers. 

Corniche Al Maadi 

This past of the district lies from the Mahkama part and until Tura. It has 3 entrances that are 1, 2 and Tura prison fence entrance. Ottoman towers are considered one of its best areas.
