Emerlad Tower project is a residential project which is considered as one of the latest projects of Egyptians for Housing, Development and Construction Company, Egyptian Joint Stock Company established under a decision by the ministry of economy and foreign trade no. 147 of 1986 per the provisions of law of investment no. 43 of 1774 for working in the field of real estate development and investment. It is on 19/01/1993, the investment authority accepted to turn the company to work as per the provisions of law no. 159 of 1981.
The company is working in the field of real estate development and investment with a purpose of purchasing, selling and divining plots of lands or building upon it and establishing its necessary facilities as well as having projects of urban expansion and new cities. Emerlad Tower project is considered as a modern result of successful projects continued over more than 20 years; as the company established many residential, commercial and administrative projects, such as: Al Mobtadain building, Emerald Park, Twin Plaza, Stone Park and many of the huge projects.

Emerald Tower project in Cornish Maadi is the first residential tower with hotel specifications in Greater Cairo. It is located directly in Cornish Maadi and is considered as the first residential model of its kind in Cairo as it will boost the idea of the real estate investment that it makes the customer take the advantage of his residential unit every once in a while, to make a guaranteed money return.

Methods of Payment
The company provides more than one system for repayment so as the customer has the option to choose what suitable for him as follows:
Firstly: immediate payment
In case of purchasing a unit cash, the customer will get a discount of 10%
In case of purchasing two units, the customer will get a discount of 10% upon the first unit and 15% upon the second unit
Secondly: System of installment
50% in advance and the remaining 50% shall be installed upon 10 years with a fixed interest of 7% per year.
25% in advance and the remaining 20% shall be installed upon the first two years with no interests and then, the remaining 50% shall be upon 10 years with a fixed interest of 7% annually.
