This one of a kind compound was completely planned and executed by The Engineer’s Association. The project commenced in 2010 in an approach to house engineers working in Borg Al Arab and Alexandria and was carried out through three phases.

The first phase of El-Mohandessin -which is completely finished- includes 600 medium housing apartments, 94 privileged housing ones, as well as 53 villas of various designs and models
As for the second phase, it includes 930 medium housing apartments, 95 privileged housing ones, and 38 uniquely designed villas as well. Above that, this phase includes most services and utility buildings such as the mosque, the social club, and the shopping mall. All infrastructural work within the compound has been completed, including Natural Gas services.
Units of all phases are now available for reservation.
