The project was launched in 2018, and it’s Sorouh Developments’ first project in Egypt. But first, find out name’s background.
Entrada means entrance in Spanish, and the company found it the most suitable description of its project in New Administrative Capital; as Entrada is meant to be an entrance of a new city and a new pattern of life, in addition to project’s location at the entrance of the new capital.
The project is privileged by its location in front of Expo City, Money and Business City, and the green river.

Duplexes are all available in one size of 249 M2.

For apartments, prices vary from EGP 1,500,000 to EGP 1,600,000 according to unit’s size.

Payment facilities
Entrada project affords the following three different methods of payment:
- Without deposit and instalments for 6 years
- 7% deposit and instalments for 7 years
- By paying 15% deposit, 10-year instalments are available
