As for the finishing, you don’t need to worry. Badr City’s Council obligates contractors to implement a set of specs in coordination with the Egyptian Army Executive Authority.
The specifications are usually precise and detailed, as they include things like the ceramic, door handles and the wood used in the apartments. The contractor is also required to answer and maintain any complaints by clients.

- Marital status: unspecified, with priority to married couples
- Monthly income: a minimum of EGP 1,800 and a maximum of EGP 4,200 for unmarried residents. As for married residents, the minimum income is EGP 5,700

- The applicant must not have received an apartment or a piece of land from the Housing and Development Authority before
