This compound is considered as one of the breakthroughs of Memaar Al Morshedy. It is a fully-integrated complex building on 2 sections divided into (A & B) and hosts residential, administrative and commercial units. Each section has a private hotel entrance, a security officer, 2 elevators, intercoms and private garages under each section equipped with an industrial security system.
The residential units comprise 216 units with spaces ranging from 185 m² to 370 m². This architectural icon is initiated by Studio Van Carter, the largest engineering design company in Europe.
