New Nubaria City
New Nubaria City is one of the finest cities of the fourth generation, as it is affiliated with the Urban Communities Authority of the Ministry of Housing. The city is a part of the Egyptian government’s plan to develop new cities and make use of the vast spaces and lands to expand the residential cities. These new cities include:
- New Sphinx.
- Zahia City, New Mansoura.
- The New Capital.
- New Alamein City.
New Nubaria City lies in the North of Egypt, on the Alexandria-Cairo desert road, only 79 kilometers from Alexandria and 100 kilometers away from Cairo. To clarify, it is administratively affiliated to Beheira Governorate.
Most importantly, the city is named after the Nubaria Canal, after its originator, Nubar Pasha, the first prime minister of Egypt.
Location and Design
New Nubaria City extends over 1,816 feddans and divided into:
- Service areas
- Industrial zone
- Agricultural investment area
- Premium neighborhood
- Residential area, which is divided into two residential areas:
– The first includes 960 housing units
– The second includes 1,000 units. - Three residential neighborhoods that have been implemented in the New Nubaria City for “Ebni Betak” project with the names: “A – B – C”, located on the western side of the Sumed petroleum pipeline.
Residential Units
- New Nubaria City features 6,692 residential units.
- 1,894 economic housing units belong to the Urban Communities Authority.
- 4,789 housing units belong to the private sector.
- 1,116 units of the “Ebni Betak” project.
- In addition, 365 units of Delta Nile Construction Company.
- 366 units in the second residential neighborhood.
- Moreover, 31 buildings are being executed by the Nile Delta Construction Company.
