So far (till February 2021), 53 floors of the iconic tower have been completed, with the main construction work to be completed by the end of next June. The project is scheduled to be delivered this December.
Design of the Iconic Tower
The design of the iconic tower is merging the ancient Egyptian civilization with the bright future that the new capital seeks to achieve in the administrative offices in the new capital. Therefore, the design simulates the dimensions of the original Pharaonic obelisk and embodies its geometric perfection . The design also adopts the art of decoration or Art Deco in addition to a representation of the Nile River through the channels connecting The corners of the tower to the ground.

The New Administrative Capital Towers are located within the financial and business district between the northern and southern axes of Mohammed bin Zayed. CSEC entered the Egyptian market in 1984.Over the past 37 years, it has implemented a group of distinguished projects in Egypt such as Residential towers in New Alamein City.
In 2016, an agreement was signed between Egypt and China to establish the central business district in the new administrative capital.
