Most of the resort’s units are chalets and twin houses.
Chalet spaces are 120 square meters on average (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms), with the price of one square meter being EGP 22,000. Meaning: the average price of a chalet in Zoya* is about EGP2.7 million.
However, bigger chalets of 200 square meters (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) cost about EGP18,000 per square meters. Meaning: the average price of a bigger chalet is about EGP3.6 million.
As for twin houses they are 238 square meters in space (6 rooms, 5 bathrooms), and cost about EGP6.4 million.
