Palm Hills Developments was established as a joint-stock company in 2005, by Al-Mansour and Al-Maghrabi Investment and Development Company. It is listed today on the Egyptian Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange since December 2006. Furthermore, the company seeks to create integrate residential, commercial real estate, and prime resort.
It has become among the leading companies on the regional level, as the company has 26 projects to be completed in Egypt, covering an area of about 27 million M². The company has many branches inside and outside Egypt, with branches throughout the United Kingdom, Singapore, and Saudi Arabia.
Palm Hills Developments specializes in developing real estate projects in urban areas in Egypt, also participates in the construction of many integrated residential communities and commercial real estate projects. In addition to the construction of the finest tourist resorts.
Palm Hills Finest Projects
Palm Hills Developments started its prime projects in Egypt with the launch of Palm Hills October. Then developed Palm Hills October Extension, to expand into the eastern areas of Cairo, with the launch of Palm Hills Katameya. There is also Palm Valley compound in the 6th of October City.
