EGYGAP group started its activity in the Egyptian market in 1977 by Eng. Samir Gaballah. The Company has accomplished many successful projects in the field of building and construction through cooperation with governmental sectors and private investment companies as well. Therefore, it occupies an important position in the construction and building sector throughout forty years.

The Company was keen to participate in developing various sectors, industrial, agricultural, and educational, in addition to its main activity, namely real estate development.

Through investment in all sectors, EGYGAB adopted the most comprehensive view of business strategy, namely human development. The Company adopts the principle of developing the value of man and provides him with a high level of service. To achieve this goal, it offered new approach, innovative ideas and modern concept of life in all fields. Hence, the Company had investments in various sectors, for example, we find “IJITCS” factory in the industrial sector that extends over an area of ​​4,000 square meters. The factory manufactures ready-made clothes and uniforms, and has many qualified workers and technicians with the latest experience in the clothing industry.

The company is also concerned itself with developing the educational process, believing in and recognizing the education importance in the Egyptian society. So, the Company was foremost to participate in the education sector. It started its activity in 1993, and with more than 20 years of experience in this sector, it contributed to establishing many modern educational entities that kept up with the massive technological awakening with which the new generations must be equipped. Such entities include Egyptian Language School (ELS), Egyptian British Language School (EBIS), and American Egyptian International School (AEIS).

Besides, the Company contributed in establishing the Canadian University branches in Fifth Settlement and El Sheikh Zayed. This was in 2004 and in cooperation with Cape Breton University in Sydney.

Also, all projects of EGYGAB in the real estate development sector include social services. The Projects includes model schools, sporting and social clubs, playgrounds, private parks for kids, and high-level security services. The Company currently aims at introducing many new services, such as after-sales services in the first place.
