Rhodes compound is the largest compound, extending over an area of 99 acres. 22.5% of it is allocated for buildings and the rest is for services and landscape. It is featured with its level rise and it includes a shopping mall, an integrated services area, a medical center, a social club, a school, cinema, sports club, spa and wedding and occasions’ hall.
The buildings consist of a ground floor and seven repeated floors. Each building has an elevator from the ground floor till the last floor.
