Units are delivered half finishing after 3 years and a half or delivered full finishing after 4 years. For payment systems, there are many systems, 10% cash in advance with 6 installments years and pay 10% when it is delivered, or 20% cash in advance and with 7 installments years and pay 10%when it is delivered. There is 5% from the unit cost paid as maintenance.
