1- Plumbing and sewage
Make sure that the sewage net is free of any impurities or blockages that may cause overflow or flood of the rooms of the house. 3- Cracks

4- Humidity insulation
The largest problems of finishing can appear in insulation. You must be sure that the ceilings and walls of the kitchen and bathrooms and its common walls are free of the effects of the humidity and cracks. Having any of these effects may compel you to re-insulate the humidity or repair the leakages that may happen as a result of the connections of the plumbing in the walls.
5- Windows and doors
Make sure that the external wooden windows and doors are free of any defects or cracks that may cause dusts or heat to seep into the house. Also, make sure that it is easy to open and close the shutters of the windows in an appropriate way and that they are flexible and practical upon being used.
Make sure that the blacksmithing whether hinges or knobs are safe and free of any defects or whether or not they need to be lubricated. It is better to change the hinges and knobs if possible.
