About 90 Avenue Compound
The project of 90 Avenue is a world-class destination in New Cairo City that was developed by Tabarak Holding Company. The project spans over an area more than 200,000 m², with investments in the project of about EGP 3 billion. The general plan of the project contains 5 floors residential buildings, and has a distinctive facades and designing. Around 82% of the total space of the project is allocated to recreational areas, green spaces, swimming pools, and services areas for residents, while only 18% is allocated for construction.
The project is one of the first projects to adopt the style of green architecture. The compound is fully functioned with smart home technology, starting from electronic gates, to full control of the house, in addition to the existence of 24-hour Wi-Fi service, as well as allocating areas for walking, reading, and children. It contains also a gym, party’s areas, and a meeting and business hall.
The project officials were keen to establish this project based on the new standard for high-end living, and to provide a unique life that combines the perfect combination of comfort and beauty, and quiet life within the Fifth Settlement compounds.
Tabarak Group of Companies plans to complete the delivery of the 90 Avenue project – New Cairo in 2020.
The American company WATG was used to make architectural designs and general Scheme, while the British Company “CRANKEL” was used to make landscape design.

Location of Avenue Compound
The project is located directly on the 90th Street in front of the AUC, and steps away from Cairo Festival City Mall. The Compound is within a short distance from most important major road network within Cairo, such as: Airport Road, Ring Road, Maadi and 6th of October.
Description of Avenue Compound
As we mentioned earlier, the project spans over 200,000 m² and consists of 57 residential buildings, green spaces, paved road network, a commercial center and private services.
The total number of units is 1300 housing units, and the spaces range from 117 m² to 315 m². Moreover, a shopping mall will be built over 50,000 m².
The second phase of the compound consists of an administrative area of 40,000 m². The project also includes 300 housing units with a capacity of 20 buildings.
90 Avenue also includes Garden Front units, which are units with a distinctive garden for family and children to hold their own party.
The residential units in the compound are fully-finished.
