IL Bosco Project  is characterized by its wide area -extending over an area of 200 acres in the heart of the New Administrative Capital, located on the borders of Badr City in the area located between Cairo-Suez and Cairo-Ain Sokhna roads, on the eastern part of the Regional Ring Road right after New Cairo, Madinaty and Future City. The Administrative Capital is 60 kilometers from the heart of Cairo.

The project includes luxury villas and outstanding apartments. For the first time in Egypt and the Middle East, Vertical Forest is implemented, where residential towers are surrounded by plants that help to reduce pollution and increase oxygen levels in the atmosphere. In addition to the housing units and villas, a social sports club is being built over an area of 4.5 acres, a commercial mall over an area of 90 thousand meters by investments up to EGP 2 billion, a global hotel with a capacity of 250 rooms, and an administrative tower over an area of 20 thousand meters by investments up to EGP 800 million.

Delivery dates of the first residential Units of the project

Units’ Prices and Payment Methods

  • The company has two main payment methods: the first is installment payment over 7 years without interests and payment of 10% of the unit value as a reservation, while the second is payment of the unit prices over 9 years with interests.
  • The prices* vary according to the location and size of units, starting from EGP 9,000  per meter to EGP12,000.
  • The current prices* are preliminary and are expected to increase due to the increasing interest in the New Administrative Capital. Moreover, there is a variation in the land prices* but in all cases, it would not be less than EGP 3,500 per square meter. Earlier, the price* of each square meter was EGP 2,400.
