Tour of Compounds in New Administrative Capital

The New Administrative Capital of Egypt is a large-scale project announced by Minister of Housing Mostafa Madbouly at the Economic Development Conference in Egypt on March 13, 2015.

The capital is located 45 kilometers east of Cairo and outside the Second Ring Road in Greater Cairo, passing through the coastal city of Suez.

The new administrative capital will be the new administrative and financial capital of Egypt and will host many beautiful compounds on wide areas beside the ministries and embassies. The city is being built on an area of 700 square kilometers with a projected population of 5 million residents.

Scenario

Scenario compound is one of the most important compounds in the new administrative capital. The compound lies on an area of 39 feddans at one of the best locations of the new city in the seventh district.

Scenario compound offers a number of services for individuals inside the compound and a variety of units with areas ranging between 150 and 370 square meters.

Entrada

Entrada compound is one of the best compounds in the new administrative capital. It offers an integrated residence with modern design offering variety in the units to suit various needs and styles.

The area of the compound is 72 feddans with a built area of 20 percent and the rest is for green areas and lakes. The compound that is being built by Sorouh offers apartments with areas between 128 and 220 square meters and duplexes with areas ranges from 225 to 240 square meters while the area of penthouses are up to 300 square meters. The compound offers many services including all facilities and finishes.

Oia

Oia is a very distinct compound on an area of 27 feddans and the percentage of building area is only 20 percent of the compound while the remaining area is spread over landscapes, the greenery and water bodies.  It also offers a number of public and entertainment services.

The compound is designed to be as an island surrounded by four main streets with a view for each unit. It offers 40 residential buildings with areas ranging between 123 square meters and 270 square meters.

Capital Gate 

One of the compounds in the new administrative capital built on an area of 97 feddans. The building area of the compound is only 22 percent while the remaining goes to green and water areas. It offers various units with areas ranging between 85 square meters and 400 square meters to suit everyone.

Jnoub

Jnoub is a compound lies in the southern region of the new administrative capital and is named after its location. The compound is located directly on the diplomatic quarter “G-1” plot no. r-v and extends over an area of 48 feddans.

Jnoub offers many services to ensure the maximum comfort of its residents and it has low population density while it oversees five main squares in the city.

The units offered by the compound has areas ranging between 110 and 330 square meters and they vary between apartments and duplexes. They all are residential buildings consisting of ground and 7 floors.

Al Maqsad 

Al Maqsad is another excellent compound into the new administrative capital with many residential units divided into villas, townhouses and twin houses.

The compound has a direct view of the smart city and the presidential palace in addition to the business and finance area. The units of Al Maqsad come with different areas ranging between 370 and 570 square meters in a fully finished condition with up to 7 year installments.

Pukka

Pukka compound is one of the most luxurious compounds in the new administrative capital. The residential project is built on an area of 40 feddans and it has 43 buildings with a total number of 2500 residential units offering many services that residents would need. The compound lies near Al Massa hotel and 20 minutes from New Cairo.
