Payment Methods for Units in Dreamland
Clients of Dreamland can choose to pay 20% as down payment and proceed to pay 30% consecutive payments until they receive their unit. The other half of the unit’s price is paid through 5-year long installments with 6.5% interest. Cash payments mostly occur through the already existing homeowners of the compound.
