The project consists of three phases:

- As for the third and final phase, PHAROS, is designated for apartments. It has 172 residential buildings, and includes 4476 apartments.
Payment systems
Alex West’s policy has been able to absorb all the social levels, so it has provided more than one installment plan, whether over five or seven years.
Overall, the price of the apartments starts from EGP 1,200,000 for the apartments, with the possibility of paying a down payment of 5%, and the installment of the rest for a period of seven years without interest.
As for villas, their price starts from EGP 4,000,000, with the possibility of installment over five years without a down payment, or installment over seven years with a down payment of 5%.
All of these prices are for semi-finished units, but if the customer wants to get a full finished unit he can request that from the company.
