Jannat Zayed 2 project is one of the projects of the Urban Communities Authority, which is affiliated with the Ministry of Housing. It’s an affluent residential project executed by the authority for the aim of providing a number of high class residential units in new cities for citizens ;especially newlyweds. The project has been carried out in many cities, such as: New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and El Oubour. Moreover, it grants thousands of residential units; which participates in creating job opportunities for youth, and establishing communities in new areas far from the congestion of central Cairo.
The compound has been divided into affluent residential buildings, with classical facades painted in white and brown, and service areas, as well.
On the same vein, units of the second stage of the project have been offered at the beginning of 2019, and the Ministry of Housing approved the conditions for applying for ownership of the units.

- The applicant must hold the Egyptian nationality
- The applicant pays EGP100,000 as a down payment, and then he/she pays 15% and some administrative expenses within a month from the date of reservation
- Within 6 months from the date of reservation, the applicant has to pay 10% of unit price within 6 months Moreover,. 7-year installments with interests are available
- Paying 15% on delivery
- Also, payments include 2.5% as collect fees
