Project Description
Vinci is a fully fenced residential compound built on a space of 110 feddans. The compound offers a variety of residential units, 20% of which are apartments, 75% are villas and the remaining 5% its total area is allocated to various services that provide luxury to its residents.
About the New Administrative Capital
The New Administrative Capital is located on the outskirts of Badr city. It is bounded on the north by Cairo-Suez Road, and on the south by Cairo-El Ain El Sokhna Road. In addition, it is located east of the Regional Ring Road, New Cairo and Madinaty. About 60 km away from the Downtown Cairo. New Administrative Capital occupies approximately 170,000 feddans. The first phase of construction covers 10,000 feddans with plans to attract 7 million people (in the first phase only).
The Egyptian government announced the transfer of its ministries to the New Administrative Capital starting in mid-2019. The Capital is planned to be the headquarters for the parliament, the presidency and key ministries, in addition to foreign embassies. Moreover, the first phase is planned to include the construction of 8 residential districts, each district contains 25,000 residential units.
Project location
Vinci residential project is located in the most prestigious areas of the New Administrative Capital in sector R7, the 7th residential district, which is one of the best residential districts in the New Capital. The Compound is on a main street near the presidential palace overlooking the Green River and next to Talaat Mustafa project, as well as Il Bosco project in G4 area. It is also located in front of Diplomatic district, and close to The British University in Egypt. In addition, it is minutes away from the school complex, hospitals, mosque and cathedral.
