The compound is located in the eighth residential neighborhood (R8). R8 is one of the distinctive neighborhoods in the new administrative capital, where all the distinctive features of the new capital such as the embassy district, the gardens, the Green River, and the museums. Also, it is higher than the rest of the neighborhoods, which makes you see the entire capital from it. Last Ramadan, the company reduced the price of the square meter to EGP 10.500, and increased the installment period to 12 years.
